Académie du Club Africain: Recours contre la convention

Nous avons évoqué il y'a quelques jours, la volonté du Club Africain de "céder" l'académie du football à une société saoudienne. Cette affaire qui a fait couler beaucoup d’encre dans les rangs des supporteurs clubistes, est entrain de prendre une nouvelle tournure.

En effet, la société KSG (Kaaki Sports Group) qui a acté avec le bureau actuel du Club Africain un contrat de cinq ans sur la gestion exclusive de son académie de football, n’a pas donné beaucoup de détails sur la nature de ce « partenariat » ni sur les avantages du CA dans cette opportunité. Si l’agrément est toujours dans les bureaux de la délégation de la jeunesse et des sports du ministère « pour approbation », nous nous sommes procurés quelques points clés de cette convention (stipulant l’ensemble des droits et devoirs de chacun) :

  • La société KSG aura l’exclusivité sur l’image de marque de l’académie du football durant 5 ans
  • Le Club Africain n’aura aucune exclusivité sur les jeunes issus de l’académie
  • Le Club Africain met à disposition de l’académie gratuitement un terrain à temps plein au parc A, ainsi que tous les terrains disponibles selon le plan de charge …
Le Club Africain met à disposition de l’académie un terrain du Parc A
  • La société KSG pourrait vendre des produits de la marque CA Academy dans tous les points de vente développés.
  • Le Club Africain touchera 150 000 dollars par an pour ce contrat.

Enfin, quatre avocats clubistes ont déposé une réclamation auprès du ministère de la jeunesse et des sports (dans le cadre de la loi d’accès à l’information et de la transparence) pour consulter les détails de ce contrat entre KSG et le Club Africain, avant de le publier au grand public
