Suite à la consultation entre les différents membres du conseil d’administration du Club Africain mentionné ci-dessous :

- M. Tawfik Ben Samir
- M. Tariq Al Asmi

Il a été décidé de mettre en vente les cartes d’adhésion au Club Africain concernant les saisons sportives 2018-2019 et 2019-2020, à partir du lundi 15 juin 2020 au parc sportif Mounir Al Kbaili (Parc A). Le Bureau Directeur rappelle que, conformément au chapitre 13 de la loi fondamentale du CA, la nouvelle carte sera la seule qui permettra au participant d’assister aux séances plénières de l’Assemblée.
Il a été également acté que la date de l’assemblée générale evaluative sera fixée directement après la fin de la mission d’audit juridique du commissaire aux comptes pour l’exercice 2018/2019, à condition qu’elle ne dépasse pas la fin septembre 2020.
Les rapports financiers seront élaborés pour les saisons suivantes :
- 2014/2015
- 2015/2016
- 2016/2017
- 2017/2018
- 2018/2019
Enfin, le bureau directeur appellera à une assemblée générale extraordinaire pour réviser la loi fondamentale du Club, et ce avant fin septembre 2020.
