Samuel Eto’o, 38 ans, l’attaquant camerounais passé par le Barca ou l’Inter Milan, met un terme à sa carrière. Une légende du football africain s’en va.

Passé par Majorque ou le Real Madrid chez les jeunes, c’est au FC Barcelone que son talent de grand buteur éclate. Le numéro 9 du club catalan a tout gagné avec l’équipe de Guardiola, avec deux LDC gagnées face à Arsenal en 2007 et Manchester United en 2010.

En signant chez les interistes de Mourinho en 2010, c’est un autre style de jeu qu’il découvre et pour lequel il s’adapte facilement. Vainqueur de la LDC avec ce club face au Bayern Munich. Il était l’un des artisans de ce sacre européen.
