6-1, 4-6, 6-4, C’est dans la douleur, et à l’issue d’un match très disputé, que Karolina Pliskova fait l’essentiel et passe en huitièmes de finale. Ons Jabeur a offert une opposition intéressante dans les derniers sets. L’expérience a payé finalement.

L’aventure américaine s’arrêtera la pour la tunisienne, qui gagnera certainement quelques places au classement WTA après ce tournoi.
