Le club de Bab Jedid est appelé à payer une somme avoisinant les 290 000 dinars pour son ex joueur Zakaria Laabidi, suite à la décision de la Commission fédérale des litiges, après la résiliation unilatéral de son contrat et des salaires impayés.

L’avocat de Zakaria Labidi, Maître Malek Lamloum a chargé, le jeudi 17 septembre 2020, un huissier notaire d’informer le secrétariat général du Club Africain, qu’un procès verbal de saisie sur les comptes du club a été dressé.

L’huissier notaire a également informé la Fédération Tunisienne de Football, ainsi que tous les sponsors du CA de cette saisie (Qatar Qairways, Ooredoo Tunisie, Coca-Cola, Zen…)

Sollicité par Ettachkila, Maitre Lamloum nous explique ceci « C’est une saisie-arrêt qui a pour effet de bloquer aux mains du tiers saisi les sommes dues, c’est une procédure juridique classique »

Le président du CA, Abdessalem Younsi sera tenu de verser rapidement la somme réclamée afin d’éviter toute complication du dossier.
